CUSTOM ORDERS

Some of our furniture pieces are made-to-order and can be customized by material and finish. Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit, with lead time beginning upon receipt of payment and confirmed order details. Finished goods ship once the order is paid in full.

HOW TO CUSTOMIZE YOUR OPAME PIECE

Step 1: Explore
Browse our collection and find the piece you’d love to make your own.

Step 2: Submit a Request
Click the “Customization Upon Request” button on the product page. Tell us about your vision—including:
- Preferred materials
- Color or finish options
- Size or dimensional changes
- Any specific inspiration or design details

Step 3: Design Consultation
Our team will review your request and reach out to confirm feasibility, discuss design details, share pricing, and provide an estimated lead time.

Step 4: Visualize & Approve
We’ll present samples, drawings, renderings, or lot images to help you visualize the design. You’ll have the opportunity to review and approve before moving forward.

Step 5: Confirm & Deposit
Once you're satisfied with the proposed design, we’ll confirm your order. A deposit will be required to initiate production.

Step 6: Crafting & Delivery
Your piece will be custom-crafted with care. We’ll keep you updated on progress and notify you when it’s ready to ship.
